In these instances, it is usually the case that somewhere in the content, the seller will have included totally irrelevant keywords, quite often in a hidden section (often a tab on the web page). When this happens, if you have selected to search the Description as well as the Title, you may get see what appear to be irrelevant results.
BayWatch is actually returning results that match, and whilst not ideal, it is not possible for BayWatch to alleviate this.
I suggest that if you see such keyword stuffing, that you look to try and include excluded keywords that may limit the spam results that are listed, or deselect the Description search option.
BayWatch does not request or use your eBay id.

The value specified in the keywords field can contain one or more keywords. The words “and” and “or” are treated like any other word. Only use “and,” “or,” or “the” if you are searching for listings containing these words. You can use AND or OR logic by including certain modifiers.
* Search Criteria:-
Space between words: Applies AND logic to multiple keywords. eg. baseball card.
Comma (,) between words, with no parentheses or spaces: Requires an exact sequence of words. eg. baseball,card.
Comma between words in parentheses ((,)) with no spaces: Applies OR logic to multiple keywords. eg. (baseball,card).
Quoted (” “) words: Requires an exact sequence of words. eg. “baseball card”.
At sign (“@”): Search must find two of three words from a list. eg. @1 baseball autograph card. Note that for a “3 out of 4” search, use @2 and a list of four words.
* Search Exclusions Criteria:-
Each individual word will exclude listsings with that word.
